NightwinG's vision has been to provide tailor made, cost effective, customer orientated courier services.
They aim to achieve this by developing a comprehensive domestic and international network. NightwinG aim
to create opportunity in the courier market not only for themselves, but also for developing companies.
Challenge
NightwinG had an existing website but it was not inline with their corporate image and it also lacked the functionality
and manageability require by them. They required a solution which would enable them to market their services as well as
communicate with their clients online.
Solution
NightwinG deployed Morphogine Business Edition and also requested a custom website skin.
Morphogine includes all the systems required to manage a successful website such as a content
management system (CMS), customer relationship management system (CRM), link management system and a photo
editing system.
By using Morphogine, they had full control of their online presence and were able to list their services online
and clients could interact with the website and provide feedback. Morphogine's system lets clients and
visitors register on the website and then allows them to use the various user group modules included in the website.
Morphogine includes modules like message forums, voting polls, calendars, photo galleries, product catalogues
and website search which can all be configured and managed at any time.
